Cannot contact the seller

I ordered a gig, the seller marked it as delivered, but did not actually delivery the gig. She just mentioned that she needed more time. The gig was ordered close to 3 weeks ago. What do you recommend I do?

If Seller Marked a Delivered few week ago, then you need to contact with support tam with message conversation. Support team will be assist you better.

You need to request a modification and type in the message. I look forward to you delivering my gig. The order will automatically post complete after 3 days if you do not do anything. Do not let it post complete under any circumstances until you are satisfied with the delivery. You can give the provider as much extra time as you want to past the scheduled delivery time. When you don’t want to wait anymore request a mutual cancellation.



It is against the TOS to deliver before the work is complete.
