Cannot receive messages


I am seeing message notifications in my email, but not on Fiverr. I am worried this will affect my ratings. I have made a few setting adjustments to fix the issue, but I am unsure if it is resolved.
Is there any way someone can send me a message on Fiverr so I can see if this was fixed?

May be on mail there was old msgs.

Maybe the message contains some forbidden words and the system flagged it.
It will show on your inbox as soon as a fiverr support agent will check it.
