Cannot respond to New messages

Hey,

I have been receiving messages from new clients, and whenever I click on their thread, I get an error message, and if I typed anything it does not get through,
I have tried different browsers, I have tried the app… Nothing…
Does anyone else have this same issue? What are your suggestions?


Having this issue (ATM) with the 2 new messages… I can text others though.

I also face this problem.

Same issue here. I was having a bit of a panic about it, but it seems to be a broader issue. I’ve raised a ticket, and will report if I hear back.

Same issue here and I have to deliver an order, it is really frustrating!

Glad I checked the Forums before submitting a Support request. Same issue here as well. :slight_smile: I’m sure it will be resolved soon.

Has anyone tried deleting their cache? Have no idea if it would work but it’s worth a try.

I even reinstalled browser, still no luck, thank god i’m not the only one having this issue

Hang tight, Fiverr’s wonderful customer service team is on the job.

The issue is, the more we receive messages from new clients, the more our response rate will drop…

Maybe Fiver could run a fix since they know it was a system problem, eg. to make it ignore any messages with this problem when calculating the response rate, maybe based on the date/time of the messages.
