Cant access my delivery

for the past 30 hours i cant access my delivery page…

not on my desktop nor on my phone where I get an error notice

“something went wrong please try again later”

also I cant access my mail so I cant reach my seller, it just refreshes the page…

You could try Ctrl F5 or logging out and logging in again and seeing if that works.
Or check going to the menus to select that order again instead of just reloading the current order page.
Check with Chrome browser if you haven’t already. Though if it doesn’t let you on both the browser and the app it might not be a browser issue.

If it still doesn’t let you access the delivery you could create a support ticket about it at
