Well, what you should have done before making the new account was email CS and see if they could help you recover the old one.
We aren’t allowed to have multiple accounts, and you need permission from CS before making new ones. I suggest you submit a ticket and see if they’ll help you recover the old account.
You are not allowed 2 accounts. If they find out your will be removed. Be open and ask customer services.
