Can't Complete Order I bought

Hi, I made an order about 5 days ago, but it’s been impossible to mark it as complete. There is no button, no “manage your orders”, nothing. Even after more than 3 days it hasn’t automatically completed itself. Also, how do I leave a review? I can’t seem to figure out where I’m supposed to click to do so. PLEASE HELP!
