Can't create seller account

I’m new to fiverr and I’m trying to create a seller account and it won’t let me continue on the personal info page, I have tried setting it up on my computer, my phone and I even tried an incognito tab on both, it just won’t let me click continue. I have filled out all the mandatory things I have my name, a profile picture, a description with 174 characters to meet the 150 character minimum, I have made sure to put no periods just in case it thinks something is a link, my language, the fluency and it still will not let me continue, any advice??
