Can't do anything with cancelled gigs

I’ve been suffering from a few technical difficulties lately and as a result of f**ked internet I’ve had three gigs cancelled. I’ve never had this before so maybe I’m just missing something, but I can’t do anything with them to remove them from my to-do list. I can’t view negative feedback, leave feedback, apologise profusely via message or otherwise remove them. Do they just sit in my to-do list for all eternity to remind me of my shame?
