When I initially opened my new gigs I offered a three day delivery time. By now I’ve gotten way more customers and can’t meet the demand in such a short timeframe anymore. When I go to edit my gigs, however, the ‘deliver by’ box appears as blank and I can’t click on it to change or input anything. I’ve emailed fiverr repeatedly about this, both through the help request forms and with the support email and I haven’t heard a word!
This is costing me in reputation and in future work, but it’s been days and days and I haven’t heard a word back! Has anyone had this problem and know what to do about it? I wouldn’t want to open a whole new gig because I will lose all the good reviews and history I’ve accumulated on the existing gig…
