Can't figure out why my gig has tanked

Hey all, have an issue I’m not really sure if there is an answer for, but I couldn’t find anything in the forum so I thought I’d ask.

I created a gig, an SEO audit a few months ago. It’s been doing pretty well considering my whole account is just a few months old. It was gradually increasing in impressions, clicks and conversions, all 5 star ratings, no issues ever.

In September, the gig hit 600 impressions a day, ~50 clicks and a few purchases. All of a sudden in October, the gig fell to around 80 impressions a day and keeps going down.

Does anyone have any insights into why this might be happening? The analytics Fivver gives are pretty bare bones and support wasn’t able to tell me anything other than the standard “impressions fluctuate, etc”, which is fair enough. I’m just a bit confused as to why the gig dropped off the edge of a cliff in traffic.

Here is the gig link - https://www.fiverr.com/share/NWVKPy
I’d appreciate if there was any insight into why that happened, or any tips for my gig in general.

Cheers,
Ben

Welcome to the Fiverr forums.

“Gig positions are not permanent and can rotate daily.”

This can be found here, https://www.fiverr.com/support/articles/360011028318-Managing-your-Gigs in the second paragraph.

New sellers get a temporary boost, so it seems that has now run out.

Oh interesting, I thought that boost would have ended by now. But that makes total sense. Thank you!
