Can't get Arts & Craft Category to show up on Drop Down list when trying to list my service

I am offering a service to sew on buttons, repair seams/tears, and to shorten or lengthen pants. But, the Arts & Crafts category doesn’t appear in the drop down menu when I try to select a category. What am I doing wrong? How do I list my service under this category? Help! Laurie of Butterscotch Tabby
