Can't get rid of notification

How the heck do I get rid of this???

It’s been there for days now and it’s annoying thinking I have new notifications when it’s the same thing!

That has nothing to do with my issue. They are asking what an Executive Assistant is, not reporting an issue with account notifications not going away.

Please review forum rules before mini-modding.

My mistake. I mixed up the images. The notification needs to be marked as read then it shouldn’t be a problem.

Marking as read doesn’t work. As soon as I refresh the page, it pops back up as if it’s a new notification.

It sometimes takes a bit of time, after 2-3 refreshes but if its been there for days, it may truly be a bug.

Clear the browser cache & try.

I am experiencing the same issue.

I received the notification after filling out the form, but when I click on it, nothing happens.
I can’t mark it as read, because it won’t open. It’s been there for 2 weeks now…
