For the past couple days, I am unable to scroll up to see previous messages in conversations. This is an inconvenience because sometimes I need to check past messages in order to make sure I meet my buyers’ requirements. Sometimes this means going further back than what’s shown on the order page, but now I can’t do so.
Please contact the Customer Support and let them know the same. This is very serious and we should all be able to see the complete conversation in order to serve the client best.
