Can't see the buyer's requests I am the member since 2015

Hello dear readers, I am currently facing a problem as I;m unable to see any buyers requests. I have also deactivated my gigs delete them and created my gig again in social media marketing category but I am unable to see any buyer request I was completed a project in 2015 since then i opened my account several times but everytime I open my account go to the buyers request the page shows empty. Not even support helped me out.

**Pease anyone tells me how to get buyers request back as its very annoying from fiverr. 😟

thanks for the reply appreciated @alaminlinkon but the question is how to get level and how any buyer can reach our gig and send us a message or assign a project without applying to the buyers requests?
