Can't seem to sell or create gigs

Hi all, I just created a new account to start creating gigs. I definitely went through the “become a seller” option, but when I go to my account (desktop and app) it doesn’t give me an option to create gigs and basically looks like I’m just a buyer. This has happened to me before where I had a buyer account and I thought that was the reason it wouldn’t let me, so I deleted the buyer account but the problem persisted. Then it got to the point where I couldn’t even create an account with my existing emails, even though there was no account connected to them in existence. So I specifically created a new email and created a seller account with it, and everything seemed to go smoothly, but then it just looks like it’s a buyer account and I can’t figure out how to become a seller. I would kindly appreciate any help.
