It’s been 3 weeks that I am unable to send buyer request from my account. Whenever I try to send one, it says “Something went wrong, please try again”. I have contacted CS and they told me to delete cookies/ cache, use different browser which I did but still I am facing this issue. Any idea, how to get rid of it?
If you’re sending an offer to a buyer request, try reducing the number of things within the offer (ie. the checkboxes checked etc. in the “offer scope” section).
Hopefully one day Fiverr might fix it but you could try showing the screenshots of the issue (eg. before and after it worked).
