Can't withdraw funds on my acc

Hello everyone, I hope your day is going well.I have a problem that I can’t solve. I can’t withdraw my funds. I have a fiverr/payoneer card that I ordered, I haven’t activated it yet because when I go to the withdraw page it says something like withdrawal option was disabled, please contact customer suport. And I did write an e-mail. I got a response few days later saying that I don’ have enoguh fund on my account. I had a few orders (my first orders on fiverr) and my funds were celaring, and they said when 14 days have passed you should be able to withdraw the money. Now i have around 40$ cleared, and around 70$ clearing. I still can’t withdrawcmy money.
What is the cause of this and how can I solve it?
Could it be that I haven’t activated my payoneer card yet? In any case thank you for reading this and have a nice day.
