Hello. So recently I had an unfortunate experience on here and had to get a refund. The money went back on my fiverr account, but now I get an error that says “You do not have enough gains for withdrawal”. Any idea what that means? I need to get this money back on my card.

You can’t put a refund back on your card automatically. Such is something only CS can handle for you. Open a ticket.
