Captioning: Which People Need or Want It Most?

I’m trying to get my captioning business off the ground, but I haven’t gotten any orders yet. I just read up on an article discussing why people other than the deaf/hard of hearing would need captions.

When I started my gig, I specified that I had wanted to focus on captioning educational videos, gaming discussions, anime/cartoon clips, and tech news. Which brings me to this: what groups of people would I need to ask about having their videos captioned, and in what genre?
