I ordered something from ******** and she did not deliver. She said I should wait but the order time has expired without her delivering.

I wouldn’t say it’s fraud but a late delivery. You have the option of waiting or raising a dispute & cancelling. If it’s very late Fiverr will ask you if you want to cancel if you agree they’ll get an automatic 1 star rating that says something like “cancelled - seller failed to deliver on time”. Cancelling will get you your money back (excluding service charges) but you wont’ get the service you ordered.

You could contact the seller if required to find out when it will be delivered.

Note that late deliveries (as well as cancellations) will affect a sellers stats. You might be best waiting if it’s something you need if they can deliver within the timeframe you want. Just ask them when they expect to deliver it.

You won’t lose any money (other than the service charge) if the order isn’t delivered and gets cancelled.
