I few month back I got a review from a buyer and also a tip, in my review of them I thought that it was a personal review so I thanked them for the tip but now it’s online so everyone can see and I’m afraid it will affect my sales. Please let me know if it’s possible to change it.

I think the ability to change your review might be time limited.

Try going back to the order page and seeing if you can do it from there - if not, there isn’t much you can do.

So if there is no option to change the review for you, you may ask CS for help. But I guess if the buyer not against such your review it’s ok.

Agreed, but the buyer may not want it to be broadcast that they gave a tip - privacy and all that? ☀️
