Multiple accounts are against the Terms Of Service. If you closed an old account and are making a new one, it’s best to get permission from Customer Support prior to the change, as the steps for recovery are in place to protect users. You can try to message CS at support@fiverr.com from your original account’s email, but it could be a few weeks before they get back to you.
