Hello, I have another account that I lost my password and I can’t log in, when I go to reset password send a code to my old phone number that I no longer have access, I would like to know if there is another way to confirm this code and change the password without be by phone number, such as e-mail
Multiple accounts are against the Terms Of Service. If you closed an old account and are making a new one, it’s best to get permission from Customer Support prior to the change, as the steps for recovery are in place to protect users. You can try to message CS at
firstname.lastname@example.org from your original account’s email, but it could be a few weeks before they get back to you.
