Change what effects cancellation rate

I haven’t really sold a lot here on fiverr, but I one of my gigs at first got orders at least once a month. But it stopped recently. I looked at my gig today and saw it had a 33% cancellation rate. I would be nervous about ordering from someone who either cancels so much or makes other people cancel so much…but I didn’t do anything. A buyer ordered 2 gigs on the same day and then never sent any information or responded to messages. After awhile I didn’t want to leave space for these orders because obviously they weren’t going to submit anything, so I asked for them to be cancelled. I have to say I think it’s unfair that changes my cancellation rate. I did absolutely nothing.
