Changing my email address in my profile

I noticed that I never recieve emails from Fiverr; thought that was just how it worked. I recently checked my profile and found that my email address has an extra .com at the end of it (john@mydomainname.com.com) which doesn’t exist.



When I try to change it, I get a message at the top of the screen that says: "For the email change to take effect, please follow instructions in an email sent to the original address."



No problem,I’ll just contact customer support and we’ll sort all of this out.



So I prepare a support request, and guess what? “Your request was successfully submitted. You should receive a confirmation email shortly.” What emaill address do you think it’s gonna go to?



Right…any suggestions?

Did you try sending an email directly to support@fiverr.com using your correct address?

It should go to the new email address along with a link to use to confirm it.
