A buyer said that she tried to order but it required her to select a shipping option even though my basic gig doesn’t require shipping. I have looked at every tab in the modify gig section and I cannot figure out how to fix this! There must be something that’s checked or something but I can’t figure out to uncheck it! Please help me figure this out, I’m going crazy!

Maybe I’ll try that! I want to make sure that this isn’t happening for everyone ordering though. When I was more active previously I only delivered digital images, but then as I’ve tried to become active again I added some packages with printed images as well. Now I feel like I shouldn’t have done that because now I’m afraid that the shipping issue has somehow messed with the digital only option and that that might be deterring people from ordering!
