Charge from Buyer

I think buyers are moving to other platforms because Fiverr is charging $2 on basic gig of $5.
Due to that reason having no sales since fiverr has made this change.What do you think…
40% commission is too much.40% from buyer and 20% from seller while other freelancing sites
charge maximum 10% and on big projects just 5%.

As far as i remember they used to charge $1 as a service charge now its $2. Three buyers refused to order they said they wont use fiverr its costly. Im really sad. it was a nice 1yr and 4 months with fiverr now my sales going down.

Today i was ordering a $5 gig And it charged me a service charge of $2 And when i cancelled it retyrned only $5 And again when i am reordering its asking for service charge again
