Charged 5 dollars?

Hi, when I used to pay for services fiverr charged me 6 dollars.
After a 10 dollars refund I had for a late work I spent 5 but it only took 5 dollars not 6
Anyone know why?

because you’re working off a credit balance and not paying for it the first time around

When you spend the credit on another $5 gig, you won’t be charged the $1 processing fee again.
