CHARGED in my credit card but Fiverr support can\\\'t see my transaction

Hi, I just bought a service from one of the developer here in fiverr.The developer sent me 2 custom order, so I paid them both and it was successful because my credit card company sent me an sms confirmation for 2 transaction. Now its been 3 days since I was reaching fiverr support but unfortunately they cannot see my previous transaction.

How can this happend? I successfully paid 2 transaction and yet only 1 transaction reflected in Fiverr system… Too disappointed specially with the support who is not knowledgeable handling this kind of issue.

Have you guys experience this?

Nope,I never faced this. But it sounds really bad 😦
