Chat blocked

I read on a website that you should not wait until you go customers, but talk to them in Gig’s Request for they know his work.

However, in less than 5 chat’s open asking if you could do the gig what the customer wants, my chat was blocked.

Why am I blocked? is wrong to use the chat this way?
