Chat bug, response rate dropping


Hello, again Fiverr Forum!

Quick question: Does anyone experienced this bug?

When I’m answering to a client, the time is still counting as I still need to answer him. Did someone experience this? I know the response rate isn’t affecting directly the account performance, but I don’t like to see my response rate statistics getting low.

Any known fix for this? The Customer Support did refresh my account once, but still, the problem persists.



The only way is to ask Customer Support to fix it.

Other than that, you can just ignore it.
