Check your Inbox


If you only rely on your e-mail and notifications list, then you should check out your Fiverr’s inbox as well, just in case

I noticed that I have unread messages under the “Orders” menu, although I have received no notifications on them. The bigger issue is that I’m also unable to read that message when I click on it. It’s probably because the customer somehow wrote that message on the order page after the order was already closed.

So you would need to contact the customer directly, and ask him/her to resend the message.

I have noticed that after the order is delivered, if a buyer posts something on order page, you don’t get any app notifications. You get emails for those.

But rarely you don’t get any mail notifications. So better keep a regular check on the count on conversation page for both inbox and orders.
