Clearing Period Issue

Hi, I am confused since the clearing period will be supposed to be done on the 19th of this month however it is already on the 20th here on the Philippines but still money is not available. contacted the support team and I was advised to wait for another 12 hrs in which that is their advised also yesterday.

I have noticed it depends on the time your buyer accepted the order.

Will fiverr email me once the funds are cleared? Or i need to check it from time to time? and can I link it immediately and have withdraw my funds through paypal? how long usually it will take?
