Clicked on ORDER button by a mistake.. :-(

Hi…I need a big help from you! I hit order button by a mistake and now fiverr has collected 5$ from my revenues.

I want to cancel this order.

Fiverr says that there is a link named as GOT A PROBLEM at the bottom of the order page and from it I’ll be able to cancel the order…

But i can’t find such a link any where… Please tell me how to cancel this order…Please… I want to do it immeadetly… 😦 Thank you…

Go to your order page and you will see the link at the bottom. Its in red text but in small letters NOT a button. What happened to you is common here, dont worry. Happened to me too. Thats why now I stay away from the front page when I am logged in.

That link appeared after I send a message to the buyer and the order came it to the ‘IN-PROGRESS’ state…
