catwriter Posted October 12, 2020 Share Posted October 12, 2020 Your client has 10 days to leave a review after the order was marked as complete.Also, if they haven’t used up all of their revisions, and you refuse to modify the work, they can complain to Customer Support, and CS will side with them.I do hope you don’t plan to ask them for a rating, or even mention it to them.
