Client doesn't give gig requirement & count down time not start yet

Previously I completed an order of my client & then I send a custom order to my client. But he doesn’t give me gig requirement. That’s why the order is not started & the count down timer doesn’t start yet. Also, the client can’t reply to my message.
So what should I do now, so that my Fiverr account doesn’t affect?

What will happen to this custom order if the buyer never gives the gig requirement again?

If the order timer has not yet started, then just leave it! It won’t affect you in any way! You can send them a quick reminder if you want, but since the order timer hasn’t started, nothing with change!
