Client doesn't respond, it's been a week


Last week I deliver a project, however the client asked for revision telling me that she was going to send me the modifications in the next 24 hours. After a few days, I decided to write to the client, and no response was given to me. It’s been a week now, and I don’t know what to do.

At this point, I think it would be fair to close the order. I would resend the original order and say, “it’s X+ days without any information. If you still need a revision, please let me know.”


I am not sure what is the right decision for you but in such scenario I usually send more than 2 messages to the client on different day each and if the client did not respond to the those messages than I open the dispute to fiverr about the client is not responding.
