Don’t do anything. You initiated the conversation with sad face. Even if it was a slip off, you might get into trouble if CS notices it: doesn’t matter who talks with them buyer or seller
I know. Each online marketplace has its own set of rules.
Overall I think Fiverr has good values in place to protect both the buyer and seller, however sometimes these rules unintentionally backfire.
I have to say that in my experience CS has only ever been helpful, but I’ve read a few posts in the forums from people who’ve received account warnings for manipulation of feedback.
