My client is trying to add his address to a requirement field and is getting a “Minimum length of 2 characters” error below it, even though the field has lots more than 2 characters (but not more than the allowed). What can I do to fix this??
A requirement field in what?
This sounds like something for customer support to handle.
One of the requirement fields for the job, such as asking what color they want, etc. This one asks for the address.
How do I contact Customer Service?
