Client message me but fiverr said its spam

someone message me in the fiver but the system says that its spam. if i unmark this message as a spam and talk that buyer is there any rule breaks?

You can talk to them but why would you want to if that person has been flagged for sending spam? They won’t become a buyer. If you mean they are a previous buyer of yours then yes you can of course talk to them.
