Client not responding even if he is online

My client is online but he is not responding. Due to this, the delivery process takes many days and sometimes I face late delivery. How can I solve this problem?

I reached out the resolution center and He accepted to increase delivery time. But Due to his slow response even after that, I face again the same issues.

If you have completed the work make deliver on time and put a message in inbox to buyer…


if buyer provide all requirements then complete the work and deliver it. Else contact the support.
