Client ordered the wrong package, customer support not responding

A customer that’s new to Fiverr ordered the wrong gig on my page. I explained that it was the wrong gig and he ordered the right one, then I asked him to contact customer support to ask for them to revoke the order. The problem is, it’s been 3 days with no answer from Fiverr and the countdown on my gig is almost at 0. I have no idea what to do.

As you mentioned that the customer ordered the wrong one & then you told him/her to book right gig. It really doesn’t matter which gig your client buy where you know the work. Then why don’t you complete the work instead of changing your order. I think this is a big mistake you have done. Don’t do that in Future. Because order cancel is a big issue for seller.
