Client Stopped responding

So a Buyerjust bought a package from one of my gigs and we were talking for a while then he stopped talking but I need crucial information from him in order for the project to be finished is there a way to pause the clock for the project delivery until he texts me back?

I don’t know if this is always the best advice, but this is what I do.

The way my gig is set up, all the information should be included in the order.

If I need to clarify something but get no response in time, I deliver as best I can with the info I have.

If they don’t like it, they can request a revision.

It’s kind of annoying, because it does take extra time sometimes, but it’s better than delivering late.

Maybe you can deliver what you have just before the deadline and explain the situation to him. Say you know it’s not finished, but you were up against the clock. Tell him to request a revision and send you the rest of the info.

Usually this works for me. Hope it helps.

If you wish, you can extend the delivery period and include the following: “Please provide me with the following information so that I can delivery your order in a timely fashion”
