Clients account has been hacked

My client has had her email and Fiverr account hacked and the hacker has placed 2 orders worth $2625 to their own profile as well as cancelling my order leaving me out of pocket of $375 for work that I had already done and submitted.

I only know this because my client scouted me out on FB to tell me.

Unfortunately, I have tried to raise the issue to Fiverr on her behalf and they keep marking it as resolved whereas my client has not received her money back or have any other way of communicating with them!!

Does anyone know what is the best process to follow?
