Clients can't seem to find and option to add images to their reviews

Hello forum,
In one of my gig, I have completed 12 reviewed orders from 6 unique clients. And NONE of them have added images I uploaded within the delivery.

Recently, I asked one of them and they said that there was no option for it.

I checked my gig settings and the live portfolio checkbox was turned on.

What do you think is going wrong with it? Thank you.
