Clock Begins Ticking Down for Orders Before Script or Instructions Are Sent...Help!

Has anyone had an issue with the countdown clock starting once order is placed, however, the buyer has not entered anything for instructions including the script?



I have sent information to Fiverr, but wondered if anyone else is having this issue and if you know if there is something that I can do on my end.
