Commercial Rights vs Full Broadcast Rights

Hi am new to the forum. Can someone help me understand this. I would like to buy a voice over on Fiverr and use it in my YouTube channel. My channel has ads too and the video that will have the voice over will be monetized too. Should I go for Commercial Rights or Full Broadcast Rights?
