Commercial Rights?

Hey,

I’m looking for a voice over for a YouTube Video.
Now I see there is all the time a option:
Commercial Rights or Full Broadcast Rights

Do I need one of them for a video? Bc sometimes they are expensive as hell and im not willing to buy a full broadcast right for a youtube video for 200$

Or is this just for ppl who will do videos in TV?

I would say it depends on the voice over talent you hire some would say you need to purchase them where as others would do the job with out them. There are others that only charge $20 for the rights. So it really depends on who you hire.
