Clear communication with customer support is important. It takes me several tries sometimes to try to express my questions.
What is a ticket? People have mentioned that a lot. Is it true that we need a ticket to write to CS? I thought we can just write. I have never had any complaints/questions for CS so I have never felt the need to write to them.
A ticket is what they call it when you contact them. You “open a ticket” which means you start a conversation with them about something.
