Communication: a marketing tool for every seller

Hello everyone, have been on fiverr for a couple of months now. With the little experience have had within this period of time, i can say communication is the key in achieving your target sales. As a seller, if you’re able to communicate in a well polite and professional manner with buyers, be sure you will get others from them. My best sales came from buyers whom i had communicated with before they ordered the gig. In a nutshell, if you are able to communicate well with your buyers, you get to understand their needs more than what they can ever ask or think.
I can only hope this helps every seller increase their sales.
