Communication with a Seller

I secured a seller from the Philippines and because we just could not communicate, I’m guessing because of a language barrier I had to cancel. Then I secured a seller from India and after exchanging numerous messages the same thing happened. So, I ended up formatting my entire manuscript on Kindle Software because I’m behind my publishing deadline, yet because this software is new to me I can’t delete 2 blank pages from with the Kindle manuscript. It would take :30 in Word, but it’s holding up the entire project? Any suggestions?

Anything in particular you’re looking for, aesthetically?
